Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking code and estimated delivery date.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within 24 hours after your order has been placed and paid for. Standard Shipping within Australia ranges between approx. 1-9 business days, depending on location. Express Shipping within Australia ranges between approx. 1-3 business days, depending on location.

Please email hello@skinjuice.com.au as soon as possible, quoting your order number. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

You can nominate to have your package left at your nominated delivery address by selecting 'Authority to leave' in the checkout. There is also an option to include notes on where to leave the package.

In the case of a parcel being sent without an authority to leave, if the driver couldn't deliver your parcel (usually because no one was home to sign or the parcel wasn't safe to leave) it's then taken to a nearby Post Office, Parcel Locker, or depot, and you'll receive a card or digital notification with instructions to collect it within a certain time. Generally, your parcel will be held for 10 business days, and you may receive reminders from the delivery partner during this time.

Please note we are not liable and cannot accept responsibility for items that have the 'Authority to Leave' granted by the customer. Delivery requests specified will be at the buyer's risk.
